Abstract

　　本文探討孫中山先生的海權思想。從他的參與海戰，瞭解海上情勢，發展出他對海防的重視，海軍的著重，並直指海權為國民生計所寄，因此要以攻為守的海軍戰法，倡導各項海防建設，發展科學，振興工業，以利有效鞏固海權。

Abstract

　　This article discusses Dr. Sun Yat-sen's sea power thought, from its background and content with documental approach. Dr. Sun had been involving in sea war during 1921-24, and knowing very well about sea situation. He emphasized the importance of sea power, and realized the role of navy in sea defense. He even defined sea power as the core capability of national living. As to navy strategies, he highlighted active attack strategy. And he pointed out that sea power is science developing and industry developing.
