全文內容: 　　在全球化趨勢下，臺海兩岸經濟發展與互動關係，是眾所關切的議題。本文引用互賴理論的相關概念，就其理論適用性及相關指標，用以解析兩岸經濟關係。隨著中國積極推動經濟改革開放，以及臺灣經濟發展的演化，兩岸在「推與拉」的重要因素促成下，經濟關係更加熱絡，臺灣對大陸的投資額、貿易順差、貿易依存度等，皆是不斷快速增長，其所引發之問題，當然值得探討。
　　本文主要在於釐清「敏感性與脆弱性」之概念，可作為一種觀察指標和分析工具，其適用於兩岸經濟互動關係。在WTO 架構下，依循國際經濟組織之重要原則，兩岸的經濟交流模式，概分成一、保守防堵模式；二、緩步漸進模式；三、積極開放模式。剖析現階段的國際經濟發展潮流，兩岸的經濟互動，宜朝正面的開放模式，才易達成互利共榮的局面。

全文內容: 　　With the trend of globalization, the cross-strait economic development and interactive relationship between Taiwan and Mainland China is a subject of public concern. This paper analyzes cross-strait relationships using the concept of interdependence and its theoretical application and relevant indicators. As China actively promotes economic reforms and open door policies, and Taiwan's economic development evolves, under the important "push and pull" factors across the strait, the economic relations are even more active. The amount of Taiwan's investments in Mainland China, the trade surplus, and trade dependence, are all quickly expanding, the problems they have caused are worth exploring.
　　This article aims to clarify the concept of "sensitivity and vulnerability," it can be used as an observation indicator and analysis tool, applicable to the interactive relationships across the strait. Under the structure of WTO, and following the important principles of international economic organizations, the cross-strait economic interaction can be divided into: 1) Conservative Prevention Mode 2) Slow Progression Mode 3) Active Opening-Up Mode. Analyzing current international economic development trends, with open and positive economic interactions across the strait could lead to a mutually beneficial situation.
