全文內容: 傳統國家與現代國家是一對既有區別又相關聯的概念，傳統國家在逐步走向現代國家時，政治結構、治理體系都包含著歷史邏輯。現代國家來源於傳統國家，無論自覺與否都具有對傳統國家多元的否定性和繼承性。
大陸學術界對孫中山國家觀的研究成果不可謂不多，但迄今為止關注較多是孫中山對政黨及政黨政治的理解與實踐，而從傳統國家與現代國家這一對應關係的角度來切入和探討，則尚付闕如。本文以孫中山關於傳統國家與現代國家的論述作為依據，從政治結構、治理體系的層面探究其從傳統國家如何走向現代國家的思考。

全文內容: The“traditional state” and the “modern state” are two concepts that are both distinct and interconnected. As traditional states gradually transition into modern states, their political structures and governance systems inherently reflect historical logic. Modern states originate from traditional states and, whether consciously or not, they exhibit both a rejection and an inheritance of many aspects of traditional states.
The academic community in mainland China has produced a substantial body of research on Sun Yat-sen’s views on the state. However, most of this research has focused on his understanding and practice of political parties and party politics. Little attention, however, has been given to examining the relationship between traditional and modern states from a comparative perspective. This paper, based on Sun Yat-sen’s discussions on traditional and modern states, explores his thought on how a traditional state transitions to a modern state through the lenses of political structure and governance systems.
