　　臺灣的高等技職教育在1980年代資本及技術密集時期，培育了無數優秀的務實致用人才，為臺灣奠定了精實的發展基礎，而大陸改革開放三十年來，教育投資與教育發展亦有空前的變化，沿海各省尤為顯著，其中技職教育與民辦教育的提倡和辦理，可謂突飛猛進。孫中山教育思想作為廿一世紀兩岸振興中華，追求文明進步的重要途徑，其中關於技職教育經世致用的務實理念，在某種意義上，至深且廣的影響了前述兩岸技職教育的發展。職是之故，本文特採文獻分析法，以2005年至今已舉辦十屆的兩岸經貿文化論壇為例，分從「傳承精神、恢宏理念」、「搭橋鋪路、付諸行動」、「珍惜成果、深化合作」等三個面向論述主題，藉以恢宏發揚孫中山精神、持續深化兩岸交流合作。

　　In the 1980’s, during a period of economic and technological prosperity for higher-level technological and vocational education in Taiwan, countless outstanding pragmatic and practical workers were trained, establishing a refined basis for development of Taiwan. Ever since the Chinese economic reform thirty years ago, investment and development of education has undergone unprecedented change, especially in provinces bordering the ocean. The promotion and execution of vocational education and private education progressed extremely quickly. Sun Yat-sen’s education philosophy was an important approach toward the rejuvenation of China and the pursuit of the progress of civilization in the 21st century. Within such a philosophy, with respect to the practical, pragmatic idea of technological and vocational education, it has a deep and broad influence towards the aforementioned development of cross-strait technological and vocational education. As a result, this paper uses documentary analysis and adopts the Cross-Strait Economic, Trade and Culture Forum that has been held ten times since 2005 as an example. The main issue is discussed from three perspectives, “the inheritance and promotion of Sun Yat-sen’s philosophy”, “taking action” and “cherishing achievements and strengthening cooperation” to promote Sun Yat-sen’s spirit and continually strengthen cooperation across the strait.
