| 摘要(外文): | Today, the developed trend of global participation, international governance and regional cooperation have become the mainstream of global development. However, A hundred years ago, intellectuals in China and Japan have already proposed the Asia Cooperation, Asia liability and Asia unity in the transformation process of East Asia Civilization, these argued notions constituted different Asia discourses. In 1924, Sun Yat-sen brought forward the thought of Great Asianism, stressed that the world responsibility of Chinese should be to practice the policy of helping weak and small nations, recover the Asian ethnic status, and pursuit of the world commonwealth. Sun Yat-sen proposed the ideas of Wang-Dao (王道) culture, it is the light of construction in regional consensus, and its guidelines for the future integration of regional countries has hold the spirit of cooperation and tolerance, facilitate the fusion and identity of Asian nations. Further, it could strengthen the common awareness of the various actors in the region, and for the establishment of the Asia regional integration, peace and order, to provide a correct path of thinking.
This paper firstly reviews on the discourses of Asianism, to argued the different ideas. Secondly, to explores the meaning and characteristics of the Great Asianism , analyze the nature and practices of Chinese Wang-Dao culture. finally, reflects on the possibility and limitation of the East Asia Community and regional integration.
