摘要(外文): | Since 1949 when the Chinese Communist Party established the government until today, there were different policies for overseas compatriots during the rule of Mao Tse Tung, Deng Xiao Ping, Jiang Ze Min, and Hu Jin Tao. Issues to be studied here are the local and international factors that influenced the policies, and overall differences of these policies in content, and their effects on the global overseas compatriot community. In the recent years, with the increasing global influences of overseas Chinese, China not only transformed from an "internal overseas affairs" to an "external overseas affairs", but also facilitated the forming of numerous overseas affairs organizations rapidly under the "multiple development" overseas affairs policy. |
