摘要(外文): | Miyazaki Tōten 宮崎滔天(1871-1922) is famous for devoting his life to the Chinese Revolution and being an ardent supporter of Sun Yat-sen 孫中山(1866-1925), but we know relatively little about how his revolutionary ideas was accepted by the Chinese revolutionaries. The goal of this paper is to examine how Zhang Shizhao章士釗(1881-1973) translated Miyazaki's autobiography My Thirty-Three Years' Dream into Chinese as Sun Yat-sen in 1903, comparing the original texts and Zhanh's translation, we can understand how the image of Sun Yat-sen was made among the Chinese revolutionaries; and although republicanism was another important part of Miyazaki's revolutionary ideas, the nationalist ideas was the more important concerned of the Chinese revolutionaries. |
