We found that Taiwanese businessmen's direct investment in China have positively correlated with China's economic growth except the period of 2004-06. In addition, Taiwan's trade and investment in China has made great contribution to its own economic growth. Among them, the increase of the technology-intensive industry's investment in China has led to the expansion of labor demand and brings Taiwan's labor employment into a 'balanced and stable' period. The employment structure moves toward post-industrial era.
